These terms apply to the use of this website and to development work carried out by RahmaWeb.
Using this website
The content on this site is provided for general information. We keep it accurate and current, but we make no guarantee that every detail is complete or up to date at the moment you read it.
Project agreements
Every project is governed by a separate written proposal covering scope, timeline, price and payment terms. Where that proposal differs from these terms, the proposal applies.
Payments
Unless agreed otherwise, projects are invoiced in stages: a deposit to begin, one or more milestone payments, and a final payment before launch. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
Intellectual property
On final payment, ownership of the custom work produced for your project transfers to you. Third-party software, themes, plugins and services remain under their own licences. We keep the right to describe the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Client responsibilities
Projects rely on timely access, content and feedback. Where these are delayed, timelines move accordingly. You confirm that any content you supply is yours to use.
Warranty and liability
We fix defects in our work reported within 30 days of launch at no charge. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the work concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for failures in third-party services.
Termination
Either party may end a project in writing. Work completed up to that point is payable, and we hand over everything produced so far.
